Un jour, elle entend parler de la France, berceau de la gastronomie mondiale. Ce nom résonne en elle comme une promesse, un rêve à poursuivre. Avec le courage de la jeunesse et une soif d’apprendre, elle demande à ses parents de partir en France, pour étudier tout en travaillant afin de subvenir à ses besoins. Là-bas, elle croise sur son chemin des amis bienveillants, des chefs généreux qui l’accompagnent et la forment avec attention. Peu à peu, l’amour de la France et de sa cuisine s’enracine profondément en elle. Après 15 années d’apprentissage, de vie et de maturation en France – des petites cuisines de banlieue aux établissements les plus inspirants – Cheffe Thảo Na fait le choix du retour. Riche d’une expérience solide et d’un amour intact pour la gastronomie française, elle souhaite aujourd’hui partager ces saveurs raffinées avec les Vietnamiens, à travers des plats sincères, pleins d’âme et d’émotion. —————
Cheffe Thảo Na – A Journey Back with a Love for French Cuisine From a young age, Thảo Na found joy in the kitchen – the heart of her home where her love for cooking first blossomed. One day, by chance, she heard about France – the cradle of world gastronomy – and something within her was ignited. A dream took root: to one day set foot in that faraway land. With youthful determination and a thirst for learning, she asked her parents for permission to go to France, where she would study and work to support herself. Life abroad wasn’t easy, but she was fortunate to meet kind-hearted friends and generous chefs who guided and nurtured her passion. Gradually, her affection for France and its culinary traditions deepened and became a part of who she was. After 15 years of studying, living, and growing as a chef in France – from humble kitchens in the suburbs to inspiring restaurants – Cheffe Thảo Na made the decision to return to Vietnam. With her, she brings not only refined French techniques and experience, but also a deep, heartfelt desire: to share the soul of French cuisine with Vietnamese diners in a way that is warm, accessible, and full of emotion. ———
Cheffe Thảo Na – Hành trình trở về với tình yêu ẩm thực Pháp Ngay từ thuở nhỏ, Thảo Na đã say mê nấu nướng – căn bếp gia đình là nơi cô thỏa sức thử nghiệm và ươm mầm đam mê. Một ngày nọ, tình cờ nghe đến nước Pháp – cái nôi của nghệ thuật ẩm thực thế giới, cô bé năm nào bỗng nuôi trong lòng ước mơ được đặt chân đến vùng đất ấy.
Với sự can đảm của tuổi trẻ và khát vọng học hỏi, cô xin phép cha mẹ sang Pháp vừa học vừa làm, tự lập và kiên trì theo đuổi con đường mình chọn. May mắn mỉm cười khi cô gặp được những người thầy, những người bạn Pháp tốt bụng, yêu thương và tận tình chỉ dẫn. Dần dần, tình yêu dành cho nước Pháp và ẩm thực Pháp lớn lên trong cô một cách tự nhiên, sâu sắc. Sau 15 năm học tập, sống và trưởng thành nơi xứ người – từ những căn bếp nhỏ vùng ngoại ô đến các nhà hàng đầy cảm hứng – Cheffe Thảo Na quyết định trở về Việt Nam.
